Youth Minister – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity to develop our thriving and busy ministry for youth aged between 11 and 18. Currently this includes groups meeting each Sunday, weekly single sex growth groups, Friday night activities and youth weekends away. We are committed to give you good support and the freedom to shape the direction of this vital ministry.
Personal Profile
We are looking for a committed Christian who is seeking to live in a godly way and has a passion for youth ministry. You will already have experience of working with and ministering the gospel to young people in a paid or voluntary capacity. You will have the skills to engage and teach God’s word to the youth as well as recruit, develop and guide a large team of volunteers. We are looking for someone who is well organised, resilient, self motivated and teachable.
Pay and benefits
- Salary £34,182pa
- Housing allowance £13,474pa
- 6 weeks holiday (including six Sundays) and leave to attend a relevant conference or lead on a summer camp
- 5% pension contribution
