Jon leads our church, has leadership of the staff team and is involved in regular preaching. He also currently has oversight of the 9:15am & 11am congregations and provides teaching and pastoral support. Day off: Wednesday.
Ian, as curate, has oversight of the 8am and 4pm congregations and is responsible for Evangelism and running our Christian Foundations course. Day off: Saturday.
Dave joined St Mary’s White Waltham as vicar in July 2018, having previously had oversight of our 4pm congregation. We continue to work in partnership with him and our brothers and sisters at St Mary’s White Waltham.
Neil works as the International Director of the Proclamation Trust, but is still part of the church family at St Mary's and preaches here regularly.
After working for many years as a biomedical scientist, Richard has joined the staff team on a part-time basis while completing the Cornhill ministry training in London. He currently leads the 6.30pm Congregation and the Christianity Explored course.
Nick works alongside Kate to coordinate the range of ministries for children, aged 0-11. Day off: Saturday.
Rachel's role as the minister in charge of women's ministry and pastoral care is to encourage the women to grow and develop their gifts, and also to lead and equip others in pastoral care. Day off: Saturday.
Melinda coordinates the ministry activities for the youth aged 11 to 18. Days off: Wednesday and Saturday.
Kate coordinates and develops the range of ministries for children, aged 0-11. Days off: Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
John is joint Operations Manager with Dick West and between them they look after all aspects of operations at the church. He works part time Monday to Friday.
Jan looks after practical aspects of the Church site. Days off: TBC
Jane runs the church office and administrates many aspects of St Mary’s life including Sunday services, the church calendar of events and general office management. Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Dick is joint Operations Manager with John Blackbeard and between them they look after all aspects of operations at the church. He works part time Monday to Friday.
