A family church in the heart of Maidenhead

We are a thriving and growing church community in the heart of Maidenhead.  Our aim is to proclaim the timeless message of Jesus Christ. We are a 'hospital for sinners not a hotel for saints'; everyone is welcome!

On Sundays we have five congregations with around 500 adults and children worshipping with us each week. We are a diverse bunch with many from overseas and a range of ages. As a large church family we build relationships with each other through smaller 'Growth Groups' which meet during the week. As well as these, many people give their time to run groups and courses throughout the week. At St Mary's you are sure to find something to suit you and a place to use your skills and talents.

A feature of St Mary's is the clear and faithful teaching from the Bible. Every term we follow a sermon series and each talk is based on the explanation of a specific Bible passage and how it impacts our lives today. Services are broadcast live on this web site and can be listened to again via the media library.

Children are not in short supply at St Mary's and children's work is a priority. We run Sunday groups during the service for ages 0-15 as well as activities for different ages during the week. This is overseen by our dedicated Children's Minister, Kate Wheatley, who also organises a summer Holiday Club. Our Youth Minister, Melinda Stylo, is responsible for young people of secondary school age. This busy programme could not happen without the support of numerous volunteers from within the church, all of whom are cleared through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

In everything we do, we strive to do it all for the glory of God.
