Reset UK: Provide a matching service for Ukrainians & UK hosts and is working closely with the Government and the Sanctuary Foundation (Paul Butler, Bishop of Durham, is a trustee). They have a useful Ukraine Sponsor Toolkit available as a PDF from their website, which includes information about the initial checks to be done by the Council, etc.
Room for Refugees: An established refugee charity, started in 2002, providing a matching service for Ukrainians and UK hosts.
Ukraine Connect: Run by Mark Meynell from our 9:15am congregation. Mark works directly with evangelical Ukrainian pastors through his work as Director of Langham Preaching in Europe, and he has set up a matching service with colleagues in IFES and UFM for families known to them through their work.
The Sanctuary Foundation: A partnership between charities, churches and other agencies in response to the unfolding humanitarian disaster in Ukraine, led by Dr Krish Kandiah, who has been heavily involved in Welcome Churches; useful video & information, items for babies & children 0-5 yrs may be sourced from here
