Local Workers' Lunch
- Tuesdays in the church foyer
- Food served from 12pm to 1pm, with discussion at 12:30pm

Thousands of people work in Maidenhead town centre, and since St Mary's is so central, we want to do all we can to serve these local workers. So every Tuesday we run a lunch for any local worker who can spare 40 minutes in the middle of their busy day. Why not take a (much deserved!) break, and join us?
What happens at the Workers' Lunch?
Over soup and sandwiches (which are provided for a suggested donation of £3), we catch up, hear a short introductory talk from the Bible by one of our staff team, and then have some time for discussion. We finish promptly so that everyone can get back to work in good time. It’s informal and relaxed, and there are usually between 15 and 20 people there.
When does it happen?
Every Tuesday in school term time. Food is served from 12pm to 1pm, with the discussion starting around 12:30pm.
Who is it aimed at?
Anyone who works within striking distance of St Mary's church is very welcome, whether you come along on a Sunday or not. We aim to be accessible for interested enquirers as well as committed Christians.
Where does it meet?
We meet at St Mary's Church, in the glass-fronted welcome area. If you don't know where to find us, we have directions available!
