Daytime Groups

Our daytime groups give women and men who are free during the daytime the chance to meet up, study the Bible and pray together. There are a number of groups meeting at different times and different days of the week.

Five groups meet on Tuesday morning at St Mary's. These are popular with mothers of pre-school children as a supervised crèche is provided, but those without small children come along too. The other groups for women meet during the week in private homes.

Our daytime groups generally follow the same study series as the evening groups.  On Thursdays there is a group for men, also at the church site.

Select the images below for more details about the groups.

Women's
Women's
There are four women’s growth groups which meet in people’s homes throughout the week, and there are also four groups which meet at church on Tuesday mornings during school term time. These groups meet from 9:30am for coffee in the church hall, then from 10am-11:15am to study and pray within their groups, in the church. We also provide a crèche for pre-school children. If you would like to know more, please contact Rachel Meynell.
Thursday Men's
Thursday Men's
Meets on Thursday mornings at 10am, at church, led by Steven Wheatley. We are a group for men who are free to meet during the day, and are a mix of those who work from home and are retired. We meet to study the Scriptures and to encourage one another in our walk with Christ.
